Venue Facilities
One room hire fee covers the room in which you hold your Civil Ceremony, Meal and evening function. If you choose to have your meal in an alternative room from that of the Ceremony, the more expensive room hire charge is applicable.
The Coniston Suite

Capacity 30 guests for a Civil function.
This room has a Bay window that overlooks the Hotel gardens down to Coniston Water.
The Mountain View Restaurant
£300 (2008) £350 (2009)
The Mountain View Restaurant is a light, airy room, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountainous countryside.
Capacity 65 seated guests for a Civil function, and is also suitable for a Wedding Breakfast and/or evening buffet.
The Hotel Lounge
£300 (2008) £350 (2009)
Capacity 45 seated guests for a Civil function, and the possibility of standing room for a further 15 people. The Lounge is a comfortable room, with a door opening onto the Hotel Gardens.
Marquee
From £350 venue hire
(Excludes hire of the marquee structure, which is arranged separately by the bridal party)
You may arrange your own Marquee to be erected on the Hotel lawns, and the hotel may require making a charge for the inclusion of a temporary bar.
Particular requirements for a Marquee need to be discussed with the Marquee conpany.
Currently wedding ceremonies are not licensed to be performed in Marquees.
