The Waterhead Hotel is an ideal venue for Wedding celebrations, catering for up to 65 guests while the grounds are large enough to hold your own marquee for larger parties.
The hotel is licensed for Civil Marriages, Civil Partnerships and Naming Ceremonies, in three function suites, the largest accommodating up to a maximum of 65 persons.
With the hotel's own private jetty on Coniston Water and the manicured gardens set amidst beautiful Lake District scenery, this is a truly wonderful backdrop for your special day.

How To Make A Booking
To make a provisional booking you may visit, telephone, fax or email with details of your names, address and telephone number, Civil or Church Wedding and an approximate number of daytime and evening guests.
Once availability has been confirmed the hotel will place your booking on a provisional hold for 14 days and we will write to confirm the details. After this time, unconfirmed bookings may be released by the hotel without notice.
On confirmation of your wedding booking, a maximum of 24 bedrooms (subject to availability) can be held for you provisionally until 3 months prior to the wedding when any unconfirmed rooms will be released for general sale.
To confirm the booking a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required along with a signed copy of the hotel’s Booking Terms & Conditions.
To confirm exclusive use of the hotel an additional non-refundable deposit of £500 is required, along with a signed copy of the hotel's Exclusive Use Terms & Conditions.
